A fine style tetradrachm from Syracuse

SICILY. Syracuse. Deinomenid Tyranny, 485-466 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 17.21 g, 1 h), circa 475-470. Charioteer, holding kentron in his right hand and reins in his left, driving slow quadriga to right; above, Nike flying right to crown the horses with a wreath. Rev. ΣVRΑΚ-ΟΣΙ-ΟΝ Diademed head of Arethusa to right, her hair drawn up at the back and wearing pearl necklace; around, four dolphins swimming right. Boehringer 333 (V164/R233). Randazzo 505 (same dies). SNG ANS 107 (same dies). Lightly toned and of fine style. Slightly rough, otherwise, very fine.
